What WLACC does

WLACC presents reference hair-accessory styles and coordinates discussions for buyers looking for headbands, small brand collections, packaging options and product development. Our website is a sourcing and inquiry channel. Product photographs describe reference styles, not blanket claims about factory ownership, capacity, inventory or certifications.

How a buying enquiry works

1. Choose references. Select a numbered style from our 39-item catalog or explain the design you have in mind.
2. Define the scope. Specify your intended market, fabric and trim needs, color range, samples, logo, packaging and quantity.
3. Review written terms. Confirm the contracting supplier, approved physical sample, price basis, minimum quantity, production schedule and quality checkpoints before placing an order.

Wholesale, OEM and ODM

Product information and accuracy

Catalog images and source-sheet specifications help start a conversation. Material, component, available colors, sample approval and order-specific commercial terms should be confirmed in writing.
