Information submitted

When you submit our sourcing or private-label forms, we ask for your name, email, optional company, target market, online store, selected product references, quantity and development requirements. Please do not submit payment-card numbers, government identification or other sensitive details in these forms.

Why the information is used

We use a submitted request to evaluate and respond to the products, sampling or customization you asked about, keep relevant business correspondence and detect duplicate or abusive submissions. The site sends completed inquiries to its same-origin /api/leads service. Internal authorized notification channels may be used to alert the team to an inquiry.

Browser storage and security

The catalog shortlist stores selected SKU codes in browser session storage. The form transport stores a random request identifier and a cryptographic fingerprint of submission content for retry handling, rather than a copy of your message in browser storage. Security controls, retention and access policies need continuing verification at the deployed backend.

External contact services

WhatsApp, WeChat and your email application are optional alternatives. If you follow an external contact link, that service's privacy rules apply. Our contact shortcuts do not need to include your complete inquiry text. For a detailed sourcing request, use the website form.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records may be retained for correspondence, order follow-up and abuse prevention. Actual retention periods depend on operational and legal needs; no fixed deletion period is claimed here. To ask about information you submitted, access, correction or deletion, contact hello@wujiong.cn. A request may be subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
